If you have money, you can treasure the personal collection of Neil Armstrong, the first man to set foot on the moon. Armstrong’s family has put more than 2000 items ofhis personal collections for sale through Heritage Auctions of Dallas.
The auctions start November 1 and 2 in his home state of Ohio. One can bid through online by phone or in person.
The collection include Robbins medallions flown on the Apollo 11 mission, Correspondence, including a NASA document “Underscoring the planning behind the landmark event, the cap he wore as a Boy Scout to material from the world’s first powered airplane, the original Wright Flyer, which Armstrong took with him to the moon in July 1969.
